If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

We ship to all 50 states and some U.S. territories. Our available shipping destinations will be shown during checkout. Please check the shipping options before placing your order.

Shipping costs depend on the items ordered and their combined weight. Almost all orders are shipped through the U.S.P.S.

Up to 1 pound is $7.00,

Up to 2 pounds $9.00

Up to 3 pounds is $12.00

Up to 5 pounds is $15.00

Up to 7 pounds is $20.00

Over 7 pounds is $25.00

Orders over $70 ship free.

Your shipping total will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order.

Almost all orders ship with-in 2 business days with most going out the next business day. The only exception is special orders or custom tee shirts.

Yes all our soaps are made with natural ingredients. Each soap variations ingredients are listed.

Digital products are delivered electronically through the purchasing platform. Follow the download instructions provided after checkout or in your order confirmation.

Do digital products get shipped to my home?

No. Digital products are electronic files, so there is no physical item or shipping charge associated with their delivery.

Return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased and our applicable store policies. 

Any Jewelry purchase that does not meet your expectations may be returned for an exchange or refund.

Digital products cannot be returned.

Heath relation products may not be returned for health resins with the exception being damaged during shipping. All shipments are insured as part of the shipping cost and will be turned in as damaged or lost during shipment.
